Owner tax policies outside BorrowHive-collected states

BorrowHive may support reviewed owner self-collection only where BorrowHive is not responsible for collecting tax and where the owner policy has been approved.
Owner self-collection is not available in locations where BorrowHive collects tax. It is also not the default path for supported Colorado paid rentals where BorrowHive is responsible for the paid booking.
An approved owner policy may require owner terms acceptance, location review, rate review, support approval, and ongoing records. Owner-collected tax is not BorrowHive revenue and is not paid by BorrowHive unless BorrowHive approves that process for the specific location.
