Owner tax policies outside BorrowHive-collected states

BorrowHive may support reviewed owner self-collection only where BorrowHive is not configured or required to collect as the marketplace facilitator and where the owner policy has been approved.
Owner self-collection is not available in BorrowHive platform-collected states. It is also not the default path for Colorado state and state-administered local taxes when BorrowHive has marketplace-facilitator duties.
An approved owner policy may require owner terms acceptance, jurisdiction review, rate review, support approval, and ongoing records. Owner-collected tax is not BorrowHive platform revenue and is not remitted by BorrowHive unless BorrowHive publishes an approved owner-collection remittance flow for that jurisdiction.
